There are a lot of CRE tools, software etc. 

I heard of a tool that can tell you what mortgage is remaining on homes.

With that being said, the market could trade flat for the next 12 months, America gets back to work sooner than later and we do not see a material pull back in values which will help support the performance.Performance of the lower LTV bridge on income properties I think will perform better.  

Both the books The One Thing & Atomic Habits are excellent (non real estate) tools for creating daily disciplines to achieve small goals building to large-scale accomplishments. 

As for me, my properties will go up in value (unless the government goes completely socialist and takes my property to give to the poor).

Many properties have gone down in value over the past month...

The guys that syndicated in value cash flow markets earlier than 2019 (think Atlanta, NC, FL, Midwest) should be just fine.

The kind that might ebb and flow in value but still build your wealth. 

However the market has changed in the last year and due to the increase in value I will be selling off my single Family homes.
