What experience are you bringing to the table?

I am looking for advice from other PM Companies experience on what customers like/don't like, do's and don'ts, etc.

I'd really appreciate those who reach out and can provide further details about their real estate wholesale experiences.

Even ballpark figures can guide me in the right direction.Referrals: If you've had positive experiences with contractors in Columbus who specialize in any of these areas, I would greatly appreciate your recommendations.Your insights and assistance will be invaluable.

With that type of experience, I might target a fix/flip or HML that has experience triggers keeping your costs low and maybe even something like deferred interest payments or bundled fees.

Depending on his experience and tolerance for risk, he could be a money partner for investors who have deals but not the cash.

As an investor and real estate broker, I have a great deal of experience that I can leverage to add value to your deals.  

I figured I could get experience, learn the market, and save money by doing my own deals by having it and I didn't know what I wanted to do for a career so here I am.

Anybody here has the same experience, I appreciate your advise.
