I am a bit nervous about that, however, since I am so new to RE and am not sure how that process really works.

He is nervous that I will be asking him to go and fix things.  

I have managed to get up the nerve to go look at a few houses, but I am so nervous about taking that next step, even when the numbers make sense, I freeze.

I'll admit I am pretty nervous without the safety net of a second income, but I just need to get over that.  

This makes me nervous because I ask what if you don't have resources solidified.

The price is 410k.  2661 Alice St Los Angeles, CA90065So since this is my first property, I'm pretty nervous and am seeking some advice and guidance from these great forums.  

In section 3 (Time For Acceptance of Offer and Counter-Offers; Effective Date:) of offer A, there is no date given for the contract to be signed by all parties, but Offer B has a 24 hr stipulation for the response.  

I am a bit nervous using this.Also, will the tenant knows the recommendation?
