And I didn't get an ideas where it is happening either.The going rate for rentals in the greater Phoenix area is about $1 / square foot.The other thing that was interesting was investing in pre developed land.Comments /opinions on the above would be great.

I hopped online and searched the subdivision for the out-of-state owners of pre-existing homes in the community, and sent letters promoting our new homes in the same area.this way also works if you have found specific properties that appear vacant...The drawback to this, of course, is if you have no direction for *which area* you're looking, and are only looking for absentee owners.

You can sell the note to a note buyer but honestly the overlevaging will make it not very attractive to a note buyer but you need to create a seller financed note first then you would sell it to a note buyer.Before you even setup the note you would want to be working with a note expert whom can assist you in properly structuring the note before you jump in from the my understanding most note investors can this "pre-flighting" the deal.

(PA)From what ive read it is only required to have a permit when your changing a pre-exiting floor plan (ie: removing walls, floors and outdoor contruction) which i plan on doing, and you have to have a rought sketch of your new floor plan. who do i submit this sketch to?
