It could be family, friends, someone you met at a REIA meeting, meetup, REI event, on BP, etc.  

We always thought we would end up on long island, but recent events makes it seem like we will likely be moving to the south Shore of CT next year. 

Networking – No planned events.

I recommend buying during a sale event like Memorial day.

Just make sure to have all communication in writing in the event you have to take legal action. 

This is usually one of our more popular events.  

Sometimes scary events like a job loss become opportunities when we look back on them.

So far for gatherings I have  had to tell people no fireworks   and no unsupervised non-swimmers  at the pond. and I have had to chase off people parking in incorrect places.For a single family I am not going to police events.
