As a beginner, you can learn a lot from your uncle with a few rentals in another state or a co-worker who's on their second house hack.

Upon digging deeper I realized that the owner of the LLC has properties nearby(some have nice houses built), the LLC office is also nearby, and the owner has many other companies on file.

For the first few houses it is fairly easy to manage.

Is there a way to know or sort a sold house days on the market from the real estate listings?

Our Lake House is somewhat slower too.

If I buy a house under a corporation (where myself and my dad are the 2 directors), then can I lease the property to my dad to stay in it? 

DSCR if the house can support itself based on the lenders criteria.  

I plan to rent out the basement but have a couple of questions as this is my first house/house hack:-Littleton rental law considerations (this might fall under JeffCo rather than city of Littleton, can't really tell)-Thoughts on best lease strategy for that area (STR/MTR/LTR)?

Just that I wanted a house to live in.

I believe that if you have a house that stands out and you get it for the right price, you can still do very well.
