DAL1The deal in Florida is working well, We had the house built (wasent the best idea), with plans to flip it when it was completed, at the time property was hitting double digit appreciation, in central Florida and we thought we could ride the wave, and come out on top... but we were about a year too late, the house sat on the market for about a month and a half before we decided to just rent it.

Also - not on a ski resort - but Frisco is still a little under valued to me - there is a lot of investment happening there - restaurants, Whole Foods, etc - it is a short drive to many resorts and a bus ride into Breckenridge.
