@Steven SchaadThe problem I have with HOAs is they can put restrictions on rentals, which if you plan to rent out the condo can obviously be an issue.

@Rachel CaronI recently used the Home Possible loan back in July right before they stopped giving waivers on the income restriction for opportunity zones.

The condo community is Kings Heights Condominium Association off North Kingshighway, 63115 zip.

If my internet was restricted at a rental I would automatically ding the review one star.

You also have suburbs like Euclid, South Euclid, Garfield Heights and the Waterloo district is going through gentrification.

But the fact of the matter is that there are many non-rent fees and use restrictions that can have a significant economic impact on a commercial tenant.

I really like the house and it doesn’t need any updates and I plan on living here until I either get a new job or move from the area so the occupancy restriction really was never a problem for me.
