BP, I'm skilled at marketing (particularly search engine marketing) and graduated with my degree in May.

Think the bigger long-term issue is the value universities add to a graduate in return for some pretty hefty tuition. 

I graduated from Auburn University in December 2019 - so spoken by someone who was a college renter recently, I agree with you.

I lived there for 5 years while attending college (graduated in early 2017) and I currently make a trip down there about once a quarter to visit old friends (I live in south GA so it's about a 6 hour drive for me).

I've had a year of Rich Dad Coaching and graduated recently with a degree in Entrepreneurship.

I just graduate medical school and I am currently working as a first year internal medicine resident in south Florida which has been going very well so far.

Sounds like you've already been in school a year, so will you sell when you graduate?   

Did not read or speak any english, went to high school  in the am and work after school making 4.25 an hour, graduated  from high school  and went to trade school for 2 years ,my major was automotive technician, went to work for a gm dealership, have been a tech for 20 years .

Try and live below your means after graduating (ie. save money after you get a job), and use those funds to work your way into real estate.
