I've used weeks in my Cancun rentals for tires, dentist, chiropractor, subcontractors of every type, restaurant script, landscape maint, autowork, professional photography, bookkeeping, other vacation rentals, surveys, computer, guns/ammo, printing, and appraisals to name a few.

I am planning on doing this FHA and do have about $8000 saved up, and plan on doing it before this December (so the government will pay my closing costs with the $8K tax credit).

I am also allowing the government to "weatherize" my rentals.
