Re sold each unit for $400,000 Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

We are working with a real estate agent but I am curious on others opinions as this situation is so unusual. 

In my case, I fall into the latter - I only invest locally therefore the Nashville market is the best for two reasons.1 - I sell real estate in Nashville and I have an incentive for you to choose this market.2- I know absolutely nothing about the other markets mentioned in your post. 

I haven't faced any challenges yet since owning but will update over the years if any should arise Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Since then, real estate values have gone up about 35%.Perhaps this "expert" was on to something...
