This method can work, but it can upset the agent and the seller if you can't perform. 

Sounds like you're testing out the BRRRR method.

Big banks, such as Chase, don't generally have the flexibility on loan programs and not always the best rates/fees. 

If you're still looking at the same amount of cash in your pocket, then either method works equally.Did I overlook something in the post and miss a particular point?
