I thought the marketplace would be my favorite feature on BP a virtual mls for the USA with plenty of offerings,investments,situations,etc that one cant find anywhere.

For me, at the end of the day, cash flow is one of the most important features, as long as I'm comfortable enough with the area..

When I got my PO box, they gave me paperwork to fill out to request activation of that feature.  

And then y'all hang out with each other, encouraging each other with your set ideas.  

I listened to the podcast you were featured in and you mentioned something on the podcast about private septic and well being a deal breaker for you.

Hi @Krystle Little I'm not sure how effective it is on the phone, but the tag feature is a little awkward at first.

It was show 81 or Real Estate Investing Mastery.Also, have you tried the http://www.biggerpockets.com/meet feature under "Network" to connect with other investors in Atlanta Georgia?

I'm sure there are still deals to be had while including those fees but I find them to be more hassle than reward.You also have the HOA politics and potential for special assessments with a condo.Also with a condo the home value is more closely aligned with the neighborhood rather than it's stand alone features.
