We are doing  online research about the market and decided t invest in these three states, and if we find any good deals we may invest another $200k in the market in the coming months.

I’m not sure how familiar you are with Portsmouth but there’s a 7-11 on the corner of elm ave and George Washington highway near the shipyard and I was a short walk from there, so I’m definitely familiar with both the bad and the good of Portsmouth lol.

I am not sure what else I can do to be able to locate owners and contact them, short of hiring a private investigator.
