Given it’s to the studs I’d estimate about $100 per Sqft depending on quality of finishes + anything you need on exteriors and mechanicals. 

I was wondering if you had cost of capital in your equation 15k in rehab is basically some paint and carpet or luxury vinyl these days.. how about your cost for the 250k you dragged out?

Can anyone recommend a contractor or company they have used previously to paint the exterior of a home? 

My gut instinct is to remove all the carpet at its absolute worst condition and replace with new vinyl/laminate.

I’m looking at changing exterior windows and understand that if there’s a color change I have to apply for a permit.
