I believe I have acted as a sole proprietor and understood myself to be acting as so from the beginning (to go further, I understood my "partner" to be acting in the same manner), but I'm also no expert on the particulars of how that is determined and how my situation may be perceived by those that are. 

We're not officially a BP group - I'm not sure if BP has official meetups - but the organizers met through BP and many of our expert speakers are BP members.Feel free to reach out anytime.

You'll discover an almost limitless number of ways to invest in real estate....but try to find the one or two you are most passionate about and become as expert as you can in that area.
