Do you guys normally hire an agent to draft an offer or do you use some sort of online resource?

I've have such trouble finding a lender and an agent who are familiar with the process and information is pretty scarce online.

Selectblinds and Blinds.com must be owned by the same company; at least their online advertising is very similar. 

But, as of right now, QuickBooks Online is what I recommend to most people.

Finding someone to do this for you could be relatively expensive, so best you contact the city, find out the process and handle yourself.Once you have city approval, you can then hire an architect to design the new structure, or buy plans online.

Our only help is to wait online an hour to be hung up on.
