One thing with honeybees is that if they aren't managed properly hives can split and half the hive will leave and try to find a new place to live, this is called a swarm and it's literally a huge ball of bees that are all surrounding their queen looking for a new place to make a home.

If the lease is for two years, how do you calculate a reasonable buy price at the end of the lease if the buyer exercises the buy option?

I guess I should just stop looking for home runs and get a "base hit" as Brandon Turner says just to get the ball rolling.Also, how would people go about scaling portfolios when the RE is relatively more expensive?
