I just checked and we don't have those Hampton Bay cabinets at our Home Depot, but we are a border town, so I would have to see what the exchange would be to order a product like that and bring it over.

Either for guidance and/or to exchange deals- You also want to network with the various tradesmen you'll encounter with your projects, like contractors, home inspectors, title companies, investor friendly realtors, hard money lenders (especially until you gain access to private money).

Brent Davis have you ever considered exchanging some of your current properties for a single multi family such as an apartment complex?

I created an Airbnb meetup group in my area and I was able to exchange a lot of information with other hosts and find cleaners through them.
