After 6 months and 19 Days, even with some Covid 19 delays and a contractor fiasco, I made $21,000.Thank you Bigger Pockets !

I’m guessing a lot of people are moving out due to covid unemployment so even if it’s not a typical time to be looking for a new place, there is plenty to choose from, however they are disappearing just as fast as they are appearing. 

I believe the area is saturated with STRs but Covid has shut down so much tourism and convention business that some are probably not going to survive through this, which may make it more lucrative for the ones who stick it out till things return to normal.

The numbers will be compared to the 3 full months of business prior to COVID.

I recently lost my job due to COVID, and I had a work history with a good income for 4 years.

Lowes and Home Depot do not have a decent inventory at the moment due to de COVID-19, so my options were limited and the cost too high for my budget. 

My tenants have been able to pay the rent through COVID situation and I’m thinking of picking up the next single family but worried that once I do the COVID May get worse and tenants may have the excuse of not paying.

I don't know what they're doing for Covid but you used to be able to get your permit same day if you went to City Hall.

You don't want to have only 12 months to do everything with COVID happening.

Before COVID, the eviction process was pretty smooth, but now I have no idea.As for the missed rent, you would need to sue them after you get the eviction proceedings completed, or their property out of the unit.
