That's what I did 3 months ago and I'm enjoying every second of it.

I'm not too familiar with multi-family, but I did enjoy reading your part on how you financed the deal.

My dad on the other hand has invested in commercial real estate but he doesn't enjoy talking about it because it is too personal & seems to be a stressful topic.

we did a gift card to the local grocery store and spices from a local company called pansies the thought was that these two things and help them cook a meal together as a family and enjoy the home.

I've also learned which parts of the business that I love and the parts that are not as enjoyable for me or take away from other, more important, things in my life - namely my family.
