No one I encountered is doing SEO correctly.There is not much of a challenge overtaking the #1 ranking websites I have seen thus far.You just have to do it correctly, that's all.And you don't need to pay or hire anyone for this.

People are always going to scam.

My issue is that I don’t have a way to get things like proof of funds because on market seems like such a great way to get deals and all the other things i tried barely even work such as zillow fsbo because there’s a good amount of scams on there.

Well let's see I dunno if this was a blunder or not but I got sued for $7.2 Million in 2019 due to a documentary I made on turnkey scam allegations...That was kind of lame, however it's just a SLAPP lawsuit from some clown so I wouldn't do anything different.

We had clients lose 100k+ because of that scam.

Also, not how far you're willing to travel, but one of my associates, @PeggyLiu is doing the same thing in the LA area... she encountered the same issue, but just recently closed a large deal. 

College is a scam 9 times out of 10.  

I really thought my female friends and relatives were exaggerating the magnitude of everyday sexism they encounter.  

I'm guessing others having encountered a similar situation when dealing with money/sweat equity partnerships and I'm wondering how you might have structured things in order to protect against taxes erasing the benefit of the cash flow (at least at the front end of the deal)?
