Hello,I have wooden flooring in my rental apartments, some of the wooden flooring was partially damaged in the living room and one of the bedrooms, I think I made some poor choices when hiring a flooring contractor as I was a total noob few years ago, it turned out the contractor ripped off the entire  bedroomflooring and installed it with a prefinished flooring which is in stark contrast (a lot darker) with the rest of the apartment and he installed some of the ripped off pieces from bedroom  and installed in the living room to match color but it feels a liite bumpy around that area.

They also coordinated with cancelation and relocation due to this damage.

., from corresponding with the tenant to having someone evaluate the heating unit, etc.)My main concern isn’t the heating unit but rather the pipes, as we move into frigid season, and any adjacent damage caused by one bursting.

Make them pay for any damage to the backyard the dumpster caused, do all communication in email/text as best you can, etc. 

For example, are there any deal breakers you'd be on the lookout for; any damage/mold/etc. that would be a dealbreaker?

Unlike laminate, you can remove damaged board with out having to relay entire floor.

I do t think Ive ever sold a house that had a yard that didnt have termite damage.

The worst was one that crashed through a second floor wall from a street on the hill behind, caused enough damage that the floor collapsed dropping the car down to the first floor.

Using their service we just launched a new guarantee where we will cover pet damage in exchange for keeping the pet rent.

The tenant is still responsible for any damages caused by the animal at move out.
