At the end of the day, if you complete a business loan application and provide all of the required details and documents, and submit a full loan application package to them, I’m sure they will call you back to discuss your intentions of getting a loan.

This case has been around for a while and discussed in this thread, shortly after the SEC charged them civilly: $1.2 billion real estate investing ponzi schemeInept indeed.I still wonder why anyone would try to defraud someone using an investment that’s a matter of public record.

Other question I would ask her "So you want me to pay 5k down on a 15k management fee to someone who does not have a scope of work on paper and more than doubled the cost of rehab from the numbers discussed pre-purchase?"
