In addition, many localities require you to give contact information for whomever is managing the property.

While direct seller contact is an option, having seasoned representation can be particularly beneficial starting out.In terms of overarching analysis, your strategy carries certain risks.

I would only consider a mentorship or mastermind that are paid once you have a pretty solid idea that is the direction you want to go in real estate.
