I got out of the W-2 design engineering world and now do more 'engineering lite' to support our real estate ventures.Don't be in too big of a hurry on the RE stuff. 

Good prep and good primer that is designed for the job and it will stick.

Just ask the Planner what the current zoning is and General Plan Land Use designation.

My wife, Jacquelyn is a free lance graphic designer.

As opposed to right now, where there are huge swaths of areas that have "no income," designation and you can buy 5% down fourplexes at will.I think the govt agencies figured out that their money wasnt really helping the intended but rather being used to help aspiring investors build their portfolio so they've decided to make this adjustment.As a lender we can still use this program as long as we lock prior to the end of july 

The only guy I currently know (my nieces husband) is neck deep in robotic pilot design for helicopters (he actually has a full sized chopper in his company workshop) & I'm convinced he's very familiar with weaponized drones.

I changed the floor plan to be open concept, completely rewired the house, complete remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms with modern features and design.

He's actually working his way towards getting to Seattle for work as an Industrial Designer and be near his girl.
