Generally speaking it may be a struggle especially while you get your feet wet on how the process works, learning guidelines, etc. 

If I were to suggest, then it would be finding someone who is very knowledgeable with DSCR loans that can help guide you in that process because numbers are numbers, whether they are in NH or in CA.
