If you can only engage people in terms of real estate, or by talking about business/investing, then you're denying yourself a lot of what life has to offer.I by no means want to discourage you from your passions.

I'd consider what you think you will gain by denying those people access to your units, and then do a bit of research to confirm that you will actually gain something by doing that.

I definitely feel now I should stay clear of this one, there is a lot of passion in 2nd amendment rights. the ironic thing is that I'm considering to get myself a firearm for protection, so why should I deny anybody to make feel themselves/ family more secure.

This is ABSOLUTELY against federal law to deny legal gun owners the right to protect their dwelling.

I'm thinking if squatter's card was charged in the middle of the eviction and by some miracle payment was not denied squatter could claim you (airbnb) accepted payment.  

Anyone that keeps denying this is facing the harsh reality with HOI.

Here in NY they just passed a law that makes it unlawful for LLs to deny an applicant based on prior evictions.
