I think a better solution is asking an agent if they own rental property.If they do they will likely understand what you are looking for and there will be little training involved.

I’m a lawyer by trade and before that, an electrical engineer, so therefore have been trained to be risk averse and highly analytical based on numbers.For those wondering, my biggest disadvantages include suffering from “paralysis by analysis” and not really knowing if what I’m thinking of is in line with what’s realistic.

It really comes down to the type of investor you are and want to be a few years from now.Hollywood is getting the same boom in development with the new projects all around the main corridor and neighboring areas like Franklin Village have seen substantial hikes in rental value.I keep delivering off-market deals in these areas with developers favoring most of the product.

But I would be peeved that they don't have their own inspector; the fee should be minimal in that case because you're just paying for a clerk to file papers, and not for somebody who has some training and thus gets paid a bit more.
