Either they will personally stop doing it, or they will stop paying someone else to do it.

And don't stop what you are doing in the business. 

I manage a restaurant and have a tenant that has consistently been paying late and has now stopped paying.

That doesn't mean AOM's are not important, they just will not stop the world from turning if it has to.
