Hi All,I've been an investor in the Seattle area for the last couple years (buy and hold rentals) and recently picked up drones as a side hobby.

She said to pull a list from "wherever you get your lists" that shows the addresses of absentee-owner properties that have been purchased by Corporation (scorp, llc, etc.).I was checking out a couple sites online where one can pull absentee-owned property addresses, but I'm not sure how to filter out those that have recently (past 4-6 months) have been purchased by an LLC.

Personally, I prefer the smaller brokerages.

Hi all, I am new to the BP forums and intend to invest in the Montreal area over the next couple years.I would love to join a local REI group to share thoughts, plans, and even create a solid network base.If something does form I would also be joining (English or French). 

We've looked at recent comps, and two houses on the same block with similar layouts and square footage sold at $62/ft. and $63/ft. each within the past couple of weeks. 

I have a preference for Williamson County though.  

There is generally a floor and a ceiling on price per square foot, in any given area, and $20-30k for a couple hundred more SF might absolutely be right depending on the local market.

I have a couple who are interested in my rental.
