The assignee may request the tenants be evicted prior to close of escrow, which in California might take a couple months or more if the tenants are still paying on time.

The only difference you could see would be delivery time by a couple days, first class mail by a company mailing from the same city its being delivered to will take 1-2 days whereas that same mail coming from out of state will take 2-5 days.

We have an automated system using some coding applications (self made) to generate leads from various sites, coupled with help from some VA's.Once the data / lead list is created on a spreadsheet/google sheets, we pull into Freshsales as our CRM.
