This place is valued at $89K i'm purchasing it for $60k its turnkey but there is some personal cosmetics id like to add for about $2500 either I'll rent this out for $1200 a month or move in and rent my house out for $1000 a month (this home is in a better neighborhood than mine).

at least thats my experience with jefferson-stamford area.. newb would generally buy only cosmetic fixers.. as materials are ridiculously expensive at HD/Lowes in recent years.never heard of the open ended term for mortgages what is that?
