I'd say it's lucky.It does seem laughable that a $70K salaried tenant doesn't have access to $5- with savings, credit cards, loans, friends, penny change, or whatever.

Terry Turner, who is also the president of the Central Oregon Renters Association, was the owner of High Desert Property Management..she just recently retired but her standard, from my understanding is still in place...the new owners are Matt and Penny Free @ www.hdpm.netTerry has also recommended Plus Management before as well.Either way I would have a check list of questions and interview several..I would be interested to know who you pick and why..Hope this helps.
