Are you "still on the hook" if a property fails in your LLC ?

In my mind, the only way that someone would have "nothing to lose" is if they owned an LLC which contained:- Properties with no money down/no equity within them, and the loans on these properties do not require a guarantor.I have found that nearly all banks nowadays require a guarantor, even when putting 20-30% down.
