He wants to rent an Air bnb for the construction phase and to not have to pay me rent, but my insurance agent says that the house will be inhabitable during construction so I am not entitled to loss of rent.

Companies that have property management, construction, and investor focused agents will go look at all kinds of properties because they can get the commission, property management business, and construction/Rehab business.Random agents on the internet usually don’t have specify investors knowledge, and very few have the back end operation set up to do it all.

I own a title, construction, flipping, real estate, transaction coordination company, and purchased 5 Buy and holds last year. 

@Brittny Kenaley check out Crown Construction, they do all the new builds (or a lot of them) out in Joshua Tree area, last we talked to them (middle of last year) they were not taking on new clients due to their work load.
