We provide the incoming tenant with a copy of the report from the pest control company and our lease states if bedbugs are found in their unit afterwards, they are responsible for the costs.We have managed to make this work in residential (1-4 unit) and small multifamily (6-16), but may soon be having our first dance with a larger apartment complex, where it will be far more likely for have multiple move-out/move-ins within proximity to each other in any given month.
