Hi Jewel,Your interest rate seems low at 3% especially if this is an investment propertyProperty tax seems high, avg is 1.1% of assessed property value | $1,364 a year in your caseProperty insurance seems very high as well, I'm not sure how Atlanta properties are quoted, but maybe check out Hippo.com to get a more refined ballpark estimate.Property Management is 10% of monthly income at maximum, if you are doing it yourself leave that section blank.Water can be passed through to the tenant dependent on how hot your rental market is.
