Not to rough inside but it does need a new roof  and gutters ASAP and Central heat and air installed.  

He's never owned but lives in Los Angeles where even low-income inventory in his area starts in the mid $300,000s.

I'm right outside of Boston, and as I'm sure you know, things are very pricey here with limited inventory.

In some areas, you can even get 2 SFR for cheaper then a duplex.And, aside from all the numbers that don't work, Miami just doesnt have much small MFR inventory.  

Has any one using Bigger Pockets under the jurisdiction of Baton Rouge OCD or in Baker, Zachary or Central Louisiana,  ever made application for HOME program funding or funding from the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency?

Hi I'm Liz Brumer and I'm an investor in Central Florida.

There is gas based central heating.

Inventory is the lowest I have seen in my 7 years of investing.

There has been no slowdown in our area and a tremendous reduction of inventory which would make me believe these lots will go up in value prior to completion and then sometime in the future, definitely see a price retraction.
