Good Afternoon any suggusting i have a lead house is in great shape in a excllent neighborhood it maybe no more than 20k worth of work free an clear every flipper an real estate agent says it not worth (thats what the lady told me) it to get it at the price they like (real estate agents an flippers) should i still pursue.

It maybe too late but they tried this on me and it was a lady in water dept. who fixed it and it was for alot more.

The nice young lady that moved in, left after the first month, and it turned into a dope house and a dope distribution point. ....the things you KNOW when you live right next door .....2 years later the cops didn't do a thing.

A turd in the toilet is my usual "tell" that I'm going to get a great deal, but a homeless guy sleeping on a mattress in front and lady's undergarments hanging from the tree are great "tells" that I'm going to be on the lookout for now.
