I'm considering building a few on a large piece of land near a local college in San Diego.

The building is 60+ years old, in which there is no evidence of visible mold, no mildew smell.

Tenant relations, property management, and real estate investing may all be experienced firsthand by owning a multi-unit building.

We are a growing family and need more space and of course, more opportunity for income building.

I'm just starting out do to low inventory I'm going to be do new build  rent refinance and repeat any advice?

This program seemed to expand the network and help people to partner or invest either.If I don't join this program, how can I build a network and look for serious people willing to invest or partner in Texas?

The build costs have to correct or the land prices do, we don't have much of this inventory on the horizon either with the general plan.
