Insurance has requested more and more details, which we have provided, but has told us that their numbers are significantly different from ours and recently brought one of their preferred rebuild vendors to the site to provide a different quote.

We are brought up to think we must buy our primary 1st before even thinking about investing - but this is linear thinking. 

My agent brought it to me and I have already had a bid from a general contractor on expanding it and rehabbing it.

People will laugh that 6" of snow and 4 days of cold and snow on the beach brought us down for a few days.

When he first brought it to us in that format I was surprised as well and was not surprised he changed his mind.

@Tyler Gerhold Everything above and if you are being brought in as a partner to raise capital for another company/brand's deal, you can sign a co-sponsor agreement (with all the partners) as your LLC, and also complete a co-sponsor checklist that shows what else you contributed to the partnership, i.e. due-diligence, risk capital, asset management, marketing, etc.
