Is there anyone who is in need of another room and ticket for the 3 night stay?

I’m looking to house hack my first property and walked through a couple of properties that have a fair amount of square footage but only 3 bedrooms.

Some have sealed batteries and some are replaceable.

I’m Daja from Detroit, and I’m new to real estate investing.

New (ish) wholesaler looking to do a mobile home deal in Jacksonville Florida in which the seller wants to get out and over with it.

It’s listed for sale on all the home sites(Trulia, har, Zillow etc) If anyone has time to go take a look at it and based off what you see in the pictures and give me thoughts and what they think something like that could be built for.

Currently rented until June 2025. ]We have bought two more long-term rental properties in 2023/2024 but those were purchased February 2024 and July 2024 so plan on not touching those yet for refinance.3.

We vet, hire, and monitor virtual assistants for other businesses.
