They are booming and expecting tons of growth over the next 10 years.

Frisco is the second fastest growing city in the US right now and it is booming and the prices have really gone up.  

If you want to invest in areas that are booming and going to give you a high ROI, I suggest looking in Frisco, Plano, Mckinney, Little Elm and The Colony, depending your price point.

I am very confident with the booming economy and population there.

Virtually nothing goes to tax sale in the Willamette valley you need to go to rural areas . and areas were you had large recreational developments that were put in during the post war land boom era.you will find those in Christmas Valley OR  and Klickitat county WA. 

On top of big business small businesses are experiencing a boom in Spokane, there's new breweries, bars and restaurants opening all the time as well as craft industries doing well in Spokane.
