In recent years the management of the community has been terrible (little to no response to homeowner requests, forgetting to sent notices of dues increases and meetings, failing to provide budgets until 2 months into the year, lack of vendor management leading to dead landscaping and neighbors being blocked in their homes when it snows...)I’m on the board and we’ve decided to look for a new company that will help get the community back into shape in order to improve our home values and make it a better place to live.Does anyone have recommendations for a quality HOA property management company in the Denver area?  

It takes some real local knowledge to determine which block buy on, what degree of rehab you'll perform, etc.

This is a few blocks outside of the very popular Franklinton area.

It is in CBN area and about a block from the beach.

Typically required material such as windows will cost more here compared to if you had traditional rental property a few blocks away in a non historical district.
