Since others mentioned that I'm lucky he is working with me In the first place being a VA loan buyer and since I hit this latest snag and we were supposed to close this week, I went ahead and told him I would split that cost as an incentive to see this process through since there is now going to be hopefully just a delay.

This property has been well maintained and had a new roof put on four years ago.The biggest repairs I see are possible electrical update in one building and some Decks that need replacing on the outside.I see value ad because of the low rents and could possibly add covered parking or storage to increase the NOI.
