To get into a little more detail on what I'm looking for: B- area or betterWithin 45 minutes of MSP airportAreas with a small town/ neighborhood feel are a big plusTown centers that could be in walking distance are a bigger plusAreas with above average school districts are another plus3-4 unit multi family property (small yard and garage are requirements)Potential for value add - completely OK with doing a live-in remodelWith that in mind, can anyone suggest a few areas worth exploring this weekend?

We did it because we had to do it - and over time parlayed ourselves into bigger and better places.

I'd like to get in bigger deals like that I'm willing to go 10% on a 1.5 million dollar deal.

If the guy/gal already has an Airbnb business with his/her reputation staked to it and they just want to expand it (and especially if they own any of their portfolio), why are they a galactically bigger risk than a long-term tenant (who comes with risks of his/her own)?
