@Karen Bickford I had a good friend of mine that had retired ( owned car dealerships) and was board silly so he wanted something to do.. he lives in Palm springs in the winter and Broken top ( Bend Oregon in the summer) I said hey chase down some foreclosures so we can bid on them if you board..

I would like someone who is familiar with the process to explain to me how in the world I see 20k and 15k sales in Broward county for condos that range from 60-100k, So far I've been looking for mortgage foreclosures, how would I go about doing research in south florida to find out everything I need to know prior to bidding.

I actually wholetailed a house myself this year and Mark Ferguson offered on it, but his offer was reasonable so he could make a profit and the market bid it up to a crazy amount for a gutted house in Platteville, CO.
