Hi @Matthew Kreitzer my father wants an LLC that I own to be the trustee of the trust.Hi @Bill Gulley the trust's only asset at the moment is the property and the two bays that are on it. 

I had to look up what spread footing is and I'm not sure at the moment.

I was looking to do the same thing recently and finally had the Ah Ha moment and started texting to my email account.
