As a landlord in the state of Alabama, do we have to accept an official letter from a physician for an animal at a no pets policy place?

I wanted to see what the best questions to ask the property management company prior to officially hiring.

It only says you can’t keep their EM if the house doesn’t appraise...nothing else.Did you Officially agree to the $220k, in a written amendment/addendum?  

The first thing I notice is that, though the recession officially begins in late 2007, we see a huge uptick in Avg DOM in Q2 of 2006, which breaks with the tight range of the 6 previous years.

My job was in Bridgeport, which also isn't in their official list of (mostly Valley) towns serviced, but they did mine no problem.I've got something coming up in Ansonia, and plan to use them again.
